The support provided by We Are Medics has been invaluable through my journey to applying for medicine. The resources they have supplied and advice they have given has been amazing and made me feel much more confident in my application. The time and effort that goes into their posts, ebooks and crash courses must be endless and I’m so so thankful for that.

I'm so glad I found We Are Medics! As I'm reapplying for medicine I felt like I needed more guidance than I did last year and with their help I'm feeling so much more confident with applying this year! Their June Applicant Challenge will be so useful for interviews and the UCAT eBook has so many hints and tips for free!! With their help I managed to improve my UCAT score from 2700 to 2860- can't recommend them highly enough

We Are Medics are one of the best pages I’ve ever followed. During lockdown, everyone’s biggest fear has been about how our applications to Medicine be affected, but the page has worked enormously to ensure that every aspect of the application has been catered for. From bringing out 2 amazing E-books for the personal statement and the UCAT that I recommend to everyone, to making videos about how to apply strategically to medical schools, to getting medical students from all around the UK to give us honest reviews about their medical school, the page has got it all. Not only are they so hardworking, they are a group of lovely and helpful people who are always there to answer any questions someone might have ( I have first hand experience from this) ! If you aren’t following them already, follow them now!!

I have just received 4 offers to study medicine (with a foundation year) all thanks to we are medics! Throughout the application to medicine process I haven’t paid for anything. I simply watched the Sunday morning interview series, watched everything they made, used the FREE ebooks and put myself forward for everything they recommended! The fact it’s free shows how much they want to help people applying to medicine and to do it year after year. Even through COVID, they have gave all updates they can. Following We are medics is the foundation of applying to medicine, and if you do all they recommend you’ll have the best chance of getting offers as i have!!

I’ve found the We are medics Instagram page to be the most helpful page out there! They provide such useful information and advice while being really encouraging with such a tricky process as applying to medicine. I found the ucat guide informative and the score converter was excellent to get an idea of how your ucat prep was going. The insights to different medical schools they give are invaluable especially with the lack of real life open days this year - would highly recommend a look at their content :)
